Parent and Me Ballet

Join us for a dance class packed full of uninterrupted fun with your little one!
We introduce basic dance moves to your little dancer with assistance from a parent or carer, and make sure they experience the joy of movement from the beginning.
It’s a magical class filled with props and music that is sure to capture your little one’s imagination whilst fostering a love of dance.

3 & 4 years
Our ballet bunnies get the perfect introduction to Ballet at LDA!
We introduce our dancers to iconic ballet shows like Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Coppélia; while exploring new ways of moving and developing the foundations of this classical dance form. We always aim to inspire our little dancers in an environment filled with magic, wonder and games.
With new themes and forms of movement introduced throughout the term, our little dancers are always immersed in a class filled with joy, laughter, pointed toes and perfect twirls.
Please note: All classes aged 3+ are drop off classes.
If your child is new to The Little Dance Academy we would love you to be there to experience your child’s first class! After your child's first class they should attend independently.

Reception Ballet

(For children in Reception at School)
Our ballet bunnies move to Reception when they have a basic introduction to Ballet themes and movements. This is your little dancer’s next step to pirouetting perfection!
While introducing new themes and progressing to more complex movement, our dancers get the chance to express themselves through the magic of dance; and all while encouraging wonder, joy and enchantment in every class. With the introduction of iconic ballet shows like Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Coppélia; our little dancers can immerse themselves in our themed classes every term!

Y1 & Y2 Ballet
5-7 years
(For children in Year 1 & 2 at School)
Our Year 1 & Year 2 Ballet classes are for our little dancers aged 5-7 years old. These classes stay true to the LDA philosophy of ensuring the magic of dance comes alive in our classes, in the way movements are introduced, and the way we inspire their passion for Ballet by combining class themes with world-renowned productions of Swan Lake, The Nutcracker. Cinderella and Coppélia to name a few.
From 1st to 2nd, 3rd to 4th, these classes will ensure their Ballet skills are en pointe!
